Step 1 — Selection

Tenders that match you

Every day the system checks all new EIS tenders and selects those that match your company profile — CPV categories, region and typical contract size.

Why this saves time: on average 40–60 new construction tenders are published a month across Latvia. Browsing the EIS by hand takes 3–5 hours a week; profile-based selection cuts that to a few minutes.

3.4. By submitting a bid, the bidder confirms that it meets the following qualification requirements:
3.4.1. The bidder's average financial turnover over the last three closed financial years is no less than EUR 300,000 (three hundred thousand euro) a year;
3.4.2. In the last five years the bidder has experience of carrying out at least two (2) similar construction projects, where the value of each separate contract is no less than EUR 100,000 (one hundred thousand euro) excluding VAT;
3.4.3. The bidder has at its disposal at least one certified construction works manager with a valid certificate in the relevant field under the requirements of section 13 of the Building Law.
3.5. Bid security must be submitted as a guarantee from a credit institution or insurance company in the amount of 2% (two percent) of the offered contract price; its validity may not be shorter than the bid validity period, otherwise the bid will be rejected as non-compliant with the requirements of the regulations.
